The tracking app Arrive works with all of our orders!

Suspected lost, stolen or damaged packages: Your package is insured through USPS. Once the package is delivered it is the customers responsibility to file an immediate claim through USPS if not received.

If you have not received your package within a reasonable time, please contact us! If you believe your package to be stolen, file an immediate police report.
