Refund policy

The tracking app Arrive works with all of our orders!

Each and every blanket is made by hand and quality checked throughout the process. We know you will love it! If you're not completely happy with your blanket, it must be returned within 14 days, unused and wrapped in original packing and tags. You will receive a full refund of the original price excluding shipping, upon us receiving the blanket. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. 

*If we believe the blanket has been used in anyway we will be unable to accept the return.*

Suspected lost, stolen or damaged packages: Baby Want Designs is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged packages. We are NOT responsible for USPS errors or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer. Please be sure to double check your provided address. There is good news! Your package is insured through USPS. Once the package is delivered it is the sole responsibility of the customer to file an immediate claim or police report if you suspect your package to be stolen.
